This brief presents early findings from a national survey examining how state unemployment insurance (UI) agencies are adapting their program integrity practices in response to evolving fraud risks and operational challenges. The project was conducted by the National Academy of Social Insurance in partnership with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), with support from Arnold Ventures.
