Support Our Work

Ways to Give | Gift of Stock or Planned Gift or Bequest

Support from generous donors makes the Academy’s work to protect and strengthen social insurance possible.

Rather than supporting individual programs in isolation, your investment sustains a portfolio of initiatives that work in concert to build a more just and inclusive social insurance future. These efforts inform public debate, influence policy, and strengthen the network of experts, advocates, and stakeholders committed to advancing economic security and well-being across generations.

Your support has a tangible and lasting impact by powering initiatives such as:

  • The Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and Disability guides ethical, inclusive AI use at the Social Security Administration— improving access for millions relying on disability benefits, including SSDI and SSI.
  • The Social Security Rapid Response Collaborative is a cross-sector alliance defending Social Security from political threats and misinformation—protecting vital benefits for millions of Americans.
  • The Disability Economic Policy and Research Consortium convenes 50+ groups to advance disability justice and shape inclusive economic policies that improve opportunity and financial security for all. Click here for more information.
  • The Social Security Speakers Bureau uplifts expert voices and lived experience to inform the national dialogue, counter misinformation, and build public understanding of what American’s want for the future of Social Security.
  • The Academy’s Senior Fellows Program engages national experts to shape research, inform policymaking, advance solutions, and strengthen public understanding of social insurance.
  • The Academy Internship Program provides paid, career-launching opportunities for emerging leaders in social insurance policy—offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and lasting connections.

The Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible.
