For your first login to the upgraded Member website, please follow the instructions below. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues.
Instructions for your first login after the upgrade:
- Click on this link: reset your password. You will be taken to a “Lost Password?” page, where you will need to verify your email address. Please enter the email address at which you received this message, then click “Restore password”.
- You will receive an email with a new link: subject line “Restore your password”, via WordPress. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
- Click on the provided link to take you to the “Update Password” page. Enter your password in both the 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' boxes and click "Update profile."You may use your old password or choose a new one. In either case, you must enter the password on this "Update Password" page.
- Click on the “My Profile” link located in the gray bar at the top of your screen (or under “Menu” if you are completing this from a mobile device). Your initial login is complete.
Once you have completed this initial login, you will be able to access your Member account via the Academy's website by visiting the home page (www.nasi.org) and clicking on 'My Profile' (just as you have before).
